Unable to get your hands on a touch screen version of VIA Nanobook? How about taking matters in your own hands? Azazel from Cloudbooker forum has modded his Everex Cloudbook CE1200V with a touch screen kit he bought over at Ebay for about US$60 inclusive of shipping.
