Sylvania g NetBook Price Dropped to US$299
by atticus ~ August 15, 2008
When the Sylvania g NetBook was released, it’s selling for around US$400. Now, if you checked the major retailers for the mini laptop, you will notice that the price has fallen between the US$299 and $329 range. Fending off competition or preparing for new products? Probably both.
Check out the new prices at the following online retailers:
- TigerDirect
- DataVision
- J&R

Please update the J&R as well as the Amazon prices for the 7″ Sylvania g netbook. Your site says both retailers sell for US$299, but the links show both sites (since Amazon is just a gateway for J&R) for $329 on 8/21/08. Misleading to any consumer. An ebay seller (datavis_sales, ebay item #350089664089) has over 100 of these new for just under US$320, with shipping and handling included. Now that’s a bargain.

These laptops are the future. When you are on the move nothing beats them. I hope one day they we all have them and like most technology the price always goes down , most will be selling for around $200.00 soon !
