gOS Space 2.9 for Everex Cloudbook

In a valiant attempt to update the ailing operating system in Everex Cloudbook CE1200V, gutsy Joanna from laptopmag decided to load the UMPC with the newly released gOS Space 2.9. Unfortunately, her brave efforts were frustrated by an evil spell during installation:

“The display server has been shut down about 6 times in the last 90 seconds. It is likely that something bad is going on.”

Seeing a damsel in distress, David Liu, the shining prince of gOS, concocted a specialized version of gOS Space just for the lady. The new brew installs flawlessly. Joyful Joanna had this to say:

“The OS just makes the CloudBook look a lot nicer. The icons on the bottom of the screen become illuminated and rotate when moused over, and the starry desktop just gives the system a better aura.”
